SERVICE DISRUPTION: Uploading Google Sheets

Due to an outage of the Google Sheets API, our data loader is having difficulties uploading Google Sheets. When trying to upload a spreadsheet, users will see a message stating that the load was started, but the load will not appear in the admin console's Load History table. We will post more information as soon as it is available.

As a temporary workaround, please try the following:
  1. Export your spreadsheet to a CSV file.
  2. Upload that CSV file via this page of your TD Admin console:
    https://td-admin.appspot.com/<DOMAIN_NAME>?page=csvload
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Update: The outage of the Google Sheets API has been resolved, so users should be able to upload via spreadsheets once again.
